Help youtube suddenly started force closing?

Youtube all of a sudden started force closing everytime I try to play a video to click on the button to see my subscription. The clear history button don't work either. Any ideas what to do the app can not be uninstalled or updated? What should I do?

Try going to settings-> applications-> manage applications, select the "all"tab, scroll down to YouTube (you may have to wait a while for the list to load), click Force Close, then click clear cache and clear data.
Then try again and see if it works.

Youtube was force closing for me last night too. I cleared the cache, but didn't feel like messing with it. I just used the website with flash instead. I'll have to give that idea a try tonight.
