When I attempt to upload a video from my Samsung Captivate I immediately get an error message: Failed to retrieve account information. I've confirmed that the @gmail.com account I registered on the phone is linked to my youtube account. I have already Restored to Factory Settings and attempted a second time to no success. I cant find any direction online, PLEASE tell me someone has found a fix for this? Thanks in advance!
