Help Youtube uploads

Whats up everyone. I have an HTC EVO and I have been having trouble uploading youtube videos. I goto gallery, click videos, click the "share" button, select youtube, select the video i want to upload and then i begin the upload process. The bar fills all the way up to 100% but shortly after it says "waiting to retry" so i touch that and click retry..it goes back to 100% uploaded then after about 30 sec it says "waiting to retry".

I repeated this process for over an hour last night and all I got was a dead battery. Actually sometimes when it is uploading it will stop and say waiting to retry but 99% of the time it doesnt give me problems untill the end.

I have uploaded videos successfully to youtube from my evo but i have had terrible luck for the past week.

Any thoughts.

Not sure if doing it that way uploads via the m.youtube.com address assigned to you, but you can try emailing it directly to that address.

Its a 720p video. File is too large to send via gmail.

It's not over 1GB is it? Can't remember the youtube cap, but there is one.
