How to install: You need root access, Titanium Backup & Root Explorer(Paid App)...

Enable USB Debugging & Unknown Sources... Open Titanium Backup (Available in Market) and uninstall YouTube... Open Root Explorer(DOWNLOAD LINK REMOVED, because it was illegal according to Site Rules/Guidelines), click the "Mount R/W" button & search "YouTube".. delete everything which are in phone memory... Restart your phone... Now go to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications... Press the 'hardware' option button>Filter>All.. now find "com.google.android.youtube" and uninstall it... Now download this: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/16922381/YouTube.apk & install

Phew! You are done!!!

Its works with appinstaller too.
Who has trouble with sony ericsson xperia x8, youtube error message: "no tiene acceso a la red. Intente nuevamente", unistall youtube actualization and install with appinstaller the link above.
I had this problem and its solved!
