Root Z4 can't unroot?

I wanted to try my hand at rooting, but as soon as I did I was unable to text or receive calls. Did a few had resets and that problem was fixed. Going into Z4, I only get the option to root, even though I can give apps superuser permissions. So am I stuck at root or what? Am I SOL when the ota update comes out? I hope I am not screwed here.
 
Root it again. should straighten it out. I had a similar problem. When I re rooted it the problem went away.
 
Still acting screwy. Opened Z4, only 1 button: root. Clicked it, it did its thing and rebooted. Opened Z4 and only option is root. I just want to unroot and wait on GB. :scared:

u did not run the program all the way through you need to run it again it will fix the problem but first uninstall the 4zroot and then reinsatll it again. then cilck pernament root

Usually it does. The copy I got was fully downloaded and installed. I clicked root and it "did it's thing" and rebooted. No impatience on my end. I found a different copy which was "normal". I guess you just have to be careful where you download from.
 
Thats true boomer. Just remember, when you get in a jam like that dont panic. Just stop by here and you will get fixed up in a jiffy.
