Root z4root.apk shows as Virus??

I just did a Panda online scan and it showed the z4root apk file as - Trj/Lotoor.A

Anyone know of this??? or why it might be considered a trojan?

I rooted with z4 and this has me concerned...

z4root is fine. It has the ability grant supervisor permission, so it's flagged.
