ZAGG orders

The order I placed on the 20th finally shipped this morning, a full week after ordering. I'm pissed. I specifically ordered this protector so it would get here before my phone (coming in tomm) and now I'm going to have to buy a cheapie verizon to hold me over. Sayonara Zagg. I had only planned to temporarily use the Zagg protector anyway. This seals the deal that I will never deal with the company again.
 
Funny, mine went from loading dock to shipped, but i still received this in an email this afternoon regarding my order:

So, WTF? Did it ship or not, and is there a snowball's chance in Hell that I'll get it tomorrow when my phone *should* arrive? Or do I just stop at a corp store tonight and grab what they've got in stock?
 
Wow just checked mine. I ordered last Tuesday afternoon and it just shipped today. Needless to say i'm not ordering from them again after this. And i'm just waiting to get it and have some kind of problem with it to now, that would be just my luck :\

Well if you read the entire thread for this, which you obviously haven't, there were no indications these were for preorders and that they had them instock and ready to go. Hence all the complaints in this thread. How about you take the time to read stuff before you make a statement like that instead of just going in a thread and posting "loading dock" and then trying to flame someone for being upset.

I did read the entire thread, I'm just always so intrigued by people who have no patience.
Even VZ had trouble getting accessories out before launch, did you guys really expect Zagg to have truck loads of these lying around waiting to ship?

Either way, relax we'll both have our orders in a few days
 
You're telling me to give you a break? This whole thread could have done without your remark. And if you read the "entire" thread then you should have known people were upset that they ordered a week and in some cases longer than that and still haven't received their product or even notification as to the status of it. Its not that we are impatient its that we were kept in the dark in regards to a product that was supposed to be in stock and ready to ship and wondering where our hard earned money went with nothing to show for it.

shrug, doesn't make them any less of a dishonest business that I have no intentions of ever dealing with again...
 
Mine came in the mail today. Looks to be the full phone protector, has a little cutout for track pad.

Don't have time for pics and stuff, sorry, but wanted to let you guys know that they are produced and being sent out.
 
Hey guys maybe ZAGG is starting to speed up their order processing. I ordered on the 23rd and mine went from In-process from this morning to shipped in the same day. Very Nice :D
 
How long does it take to get info on the USPS tracking website. It still says no info for the tracking number. I know zagg's email said it could take several days but give me a break, I'm tired of waiting for this f'n thing.

USPS is terrible at updating their tracking info. Dont be alarmed if your order never shows up on the USPS website it happens all the time, i dont know why but it doesn't. So no worries if it dont update, your ZAGG order will arrive in 3-7, thats what they told me.

Agreed. I received a shipping notification yesterday & don't expect to get any tracking info until it arrives.

Government is why. Private sector companies do it better. Your tracking number for your health care will never show up either. :cool:
 
Got my shipping confirmation this morning... Placed the order Friday right after I ordered the phone on VZW. Wish I had ordered ZAGG overnight now, so the cover goes on as soon as the phone is unboxed... I just need to be careful to avoid dirt/dust until it arrives.
 
I got my shipping confirmation on the 26th, but when I check the tracking, the USPS has no record of the order.

Same for me too. I am angry that I was misled by Zagg. At least Phantom Skinz had the decency to tell me UPFRONT that they wouldn't be shipping until tomorrow. I almost feel like returning this screen protector JUST to spite Zagg.

I ordered on 4/19. Got shipping email on 4/23. The tracking page finally updated this morning and said the packages is in the local sort facility. Don't know if it will be delivered today or tomorrow though. Good luck!

Edit: This arrived in today's mail 4/28

Just don't remove the informational protector skin until your ZAGG order arrives. :p
