ZAGG orders

Just called them, I was told it's scheduled to ship today and should arrive in 3-7 business days which will be perfect for phone arrival.
 
zagg can eff off, just called again to cancel my order, and i cant, since its "in status" i told the guy that alot of us are pissed that they lied about it, he also told me they wont be shipped out till early next week, like monday or tuesday , then it takes 7-10 business days to get here, so your looking at like the 7th of may!!!! wont buy their products ever again.
 
Seem to be getting conflicting stories here, I'll give it the rest of the day to ship and then call them again.
 
I don't believe they will ship it, ive already waited 4 days, its probably just like people getting their phone early.. Twas an accident.. got this really pisses me off though, second rate company
 
I just got off the phone with them, and they told me it's "illegal" for them to ship anything before the phone is released. She told me it would ship on the 29th and arrive 3-7 BUSINESS days later.

I sent an email to the CEO , it has his address in the contact section. I think you should all send a disappointing email to this Mormon company

As far as I can tell, they are full of shizzite. It is never illegal to market and sell a product. It may be against their company policy though. My order says it shipped, so we shall see.

I think some ppl on here are full of shizzite ... When I get my order I'll just post a pic ... but something tells me ppl will still find something to get uptight about ...

I'm very happy for you that your order is shipping (and no I'm not being sarcastic :D). If it actually is, it's probably a mistake similar to the one Verizon made. According to Desiree, the CSR I spoke to, it's "illegal" (that's exactly what she said) for them to ship before the phone is released. What she probably meant is it's either against their own policy to do so, or against whatever agreement they have with Verizon for them to do so.

It's also possible that she has no idea what she's talking about.

Regardless, it was very misleading for them to advertise on their website that they have a product available, in stock, and ready to ship in their usual 1-2 business days, when in fact they don't. I personally would not have ordered their product if they had made it clear that they were actually accepting pre-orders and not orders, and would have just purchased the screen protectors from the VZW corporate store where I will be purchasing my phone.

I;d rather be in the crowd of folks who got their Incredibles sent to them early :D:D:D .... Hope things work out for ya in regards to the screen protectors.
 
I agree with Asterdriod. I contacted the President via my military email, since I am at work. I doubt it will make a huge difference, but I don't think that people should conduct business this way.

If we are mistaken and they ship out prior to, then I will feel bad. If not, then I will never order another product from them, and will tell my story every chance I get.

Either way, if they can't ship my order today I will be canceling my order. If the don't let me cancel. Then I'll be pissed. At this point I'm just disappointed.

As far as the screen protectors go, it's not a huge deal. I can buy the Verizon ones to hold me over. It's just the principal of it that really pisses me off. I don't like feeling swindled. Ah well. C'est la vie.

They wouldn't let me cancel mine. Desiree (CSR) told me they can't cancel any order that has already been processed. You'd have to wait until you receive them and return them to get a refund.
 
I'm still waiting for a response to my email as well. And it can't possibly be illegal for them to sell the protectors, seeing as i received a silicone case from VZW for the Inc. today.
 
I'm sure everyone who ordered by the at least a week in advance should probably receive theirs.. if not, i just got lucky
 
Hello everyone. I am happy to inform you all that we are currently shipping the invisibleSHIELD for the HTC Droid Incredible. The invisibleSHIELD began shipping out yesterday and we have many sitting on the loading dock just waiting to ship out today. If you have an order currently with ZAGG you will be receiving and email with your shipping information included as soon as the order leaves our facility.

I wanted to personally apologize to you all for the inconvenience that you have experienced. You are all correct, it is not illegal to ship out these invisibleSHIELDs. I will make sure that the CSR mentioned above is informed of this as well. Thank you for your patience. I would be happy to answer any further questions that you may have.
