ZAGG | ZAGGsparq 2.0 | iPhone Charger | iPad Charger | Portable Battery Charger

Just wondering if anyone heard anything about these usb chargers. They are interesting to me. Dual usb, 6000 mAh power, and supposidly charge a iphone 4 times fully with the stored battery power in the device, not being plugged in...now that I like!

Here are some of their specs too....what you guys think?

6,000 mAh Lithium Polymer
Has the power to charge most smart phones four times
4 yellow lights indicate power level, 25%-50%-75%-100%
Has the ability to charge multiple USB devices simultaneously
Max output: 2000mA @ 5V
Power Source: 100-240 VAC @ 50/60 Hz
Physical Size 3.5 x 3.5 x 1 inches
Weight .54 lbs.

Great question. I've been scoring 50% off ZAGG coupons, and for $50, it seems like a great idea.

At first I was thinking: "When am I in a situation where I don't have any AC power or on the road, have my notebook", but it does happen (in fact, my last trip to DC).

Plus you get a DC-to-USB interface so you can just carry a USB cable for charging.

This is awesome. Been looking for something like this for a while. And with a 50%-off coupon, it's a steal for 6000mAh. Ordering immediately. Thanks for the tip.

Glad I helped someone...Even if I can get a full 3 charges on my phone without plugging it in...Id be extremely happy!!!

Mine just arrived today. Perfect timing, as I'll need it plenty over the next 4 days. Currently charging it via AC.

Still sort of have buyer's remorse after seeing the New Trent devices that hold 8900 to 11000 mAh but NT seems to have a bad rep.

They shipped mine out on tue. Seeing how its coming from utah, guessing monday...Hoping today...but we will see.

Just got mine...plugged into the wall...no LEDs on though...says 1 should be on below 20% when charging, less I read wrong...hope I don't have a lemon...ha.

Got mine today too. Just leave it plugged in. The first LED on mine took about an hour (or more?) to show up.

Yup! All 4 are glowing, awesome little charger!

Does take a bit to charge...but 4 full charges for 9 hours of charging it...not too bad

Have had one for a while. The first batch, several months ago, was faulty and they recalled them. The ones now seem fine. It does take a while to charge and no lights show when charging, only when you press the button. When not in use, it will lose its charge over time, so make a note to check it once in a while so it has not discharged too much when you need it. Mine can lose one light of charge in a week even when not used.

Not true. Mine shows lights while charging representing the charge level without having to press the button. If it's completely dead, it can take a while before the first light is lit though.

Have you had a chance to use it through a few charges yet? Wondering how well it works with the Captivate (charge time, number of charges).

I let my previous 50% lapse, but I got a fresh one, so I'm still thinking about getting one of these (could actually use it next week).

I've only charged up mine twice, and only because I killed it the first time by leaving my Captivate plugged into it all night. :P So still kind of early to tell and not possible to give real stats yet.

InvisibleShield employee here!

We've been selling the Sparq for quite some time now and I've yet to see a customer tag but Zagg always has good deals online going on including free shields with certain accessories. I used to use one at work almost daily til we sold out of them. bring one back. Buying from a mall kiosk gets a little pricey on it with its $99.99 price
