Zipper really stuck

It's really stupid. The pull is way down at the bottom. Even channel locks couldn't help.

If the zipper is still aligned and the pull has come off, I recently found putting a pen nib or similar in the hole where the pull was is the only way to get it running again.

Hence I always keep a small disposable pen in the pocket of my favourite sleeveless fleece jacket.

Yup, it's pants. The pull is still there, just about out of reach. Maybe I could just wear a long shirt or jacket over it.

Unbuckle belt
Unbuckle pants
Pull pants down to mid-thigh
Hold one hand near bottom of Zipper and spread pants
Determine which side the cloth got stuck in the Zipper
Using both hands pull Zipper assembly away from the cloth stuck side.
Zip up.

Been there; Done that.

Candle wax rubbed onto a zipper track will help keep it running smoothly.

I once had some insulated coveralls that zipped from chin to crotch in both directions. I discovered it was snagged at the most awkward position after spending a cold afternoon sitting in a john boat and drinking many beers. Once I hit land and found the perfect tree to anoint the decision was quickly made. It was better to be very cold than to be very wet.

This may be, but the soap is definitely more temporary.

Also, soap could cause corrosion, whereas wax will inhibit it.

Yeh a Dry Cleaners usually have a repair service, but you might know a seamstress (or seamster?) or chat one up.
