Help ZT 180 wifi dropping

I have had my unit for a few days and I have got the latest firmware on it and have rooted it so I can do the tx 20 trick. But I have good signal all around my house and it works on WiFi but every now and the it just disconnects. I will be sitting there with 2 bars and it just disconnect. I have even removed any security from my wifi to rule that out and today in the space on 20 mins it disconnected 3 times.

Have seen the idea of adding an external aerial as its only using a chip but signal is not my problem but keeping it connected.

Love the unit though, need to get this sorted.

Think I may have it sorted. Changed from wept to wpa and using shared password and has not disconnected in the last 45 mins. It's only sitting charging but still connected.
