Help ZT180 Pop3 email setup

I have searched and searched forums online and cannot find an answer! How do i set up a POP3 email account on the ZT180 Tablet? Please help! Thanks.
 
This is a tricky one, first get all the information from you're e-mail provider, like ssl and so on. do a google search for like (how to set up pop3 for peoplepc) or what ever you have. that should be a start. hope that helps
