Help Zte Avid won't play videos!

I just got my phone replaced because the back speaker and headphone jack went out on me, now this replacement phone won't play any of my videos in the gallery or on line. Every time I press play the screen turns blue and my phone restarts, those any have a clue what could be causing this to happen and or a solution to this problem?

Try MXplayer from the playstore. It plays everything. If that app don't work, return your phone again.

Try flashing a diff rom to see if its software related. If same issue on different rom then its hardware so you should return it again.
