ZTE Flash won't update to Android 4.1

My ZTE Flash Android 4.0.4
I followed this guide:

Please help me update to Android 4.1?

only way to get the update is if somehow you break it and still has warranty and ship it in and when they fix it they flash jb someone else has done this
