Hey all,
Recently bought the ZTE Maven - a cheaper model, but since I only use my phone to text and listen to music, I figured any thing would be better than my windows phone.
This phone works great out of the box, and reads my music from my 64gb SD card with no issue. However, when the phone installed the mandatory android update about 12 hours later, the phone began saying that the SD card is not supported. Customer support from ZTE said to return and exchange the phone, but this second one had the same issue. Worked great until the update, suddenly can't read SD cards after.
ZTE would like me to send my phone in for repair and claim that it will take two weeks...I would like to avoid if possible. This doesn't seem to be an isolated thing since it happened to two phones in a row, but I can't find any other info. Thoughts?
