Help ZTE San Francisco HELP!!

Hey my mom bought a new ZTE Blade/Orange San Francisco and
she used it for 2 weeks and she wanted to change her phone so she correctly
shut it down so i could insert my sim card and Micro SD but when i tried to
start it back up it showed the android thingy and then the screen goes like black
and then it shows the android guy again and so on it just doesn't want to shut
back on PLZ HELP !!!!
 
remove battery, then replace and try turning on whilst charging.

Or when turning on hold down the power button for like 15 seconds

Hold on....you are just replacing your SD card for your Mom's original card!!!

what's on your SD?

is this stock OSF, with Android 2.1?

Is it SIM Unlocked? Rooted?

did/does the phone have ClockworkMod Recovery, or any Recovery?

[Boot holding Power(top button) and Vol down (-) buttons together, what happens?] You should get into Recovery!!!

If you have recovery, did you/she make a Nandroid Backup?

is there a custom ROM, if so which ROM?

were all Apps on Internal/Phone memory?

What Apps did your Mom have, were any on the SD card, via Froyo App2SD, or even A2SD, with a dedicated ext partition for Apps?

have you tried putting her SD card back in phone?
 
please anyone help me to set up -t mobile network internet on orange sanfranisico...

wi-fi working if fine, everything is ok so far, please any one help me.. upgraded to 2.2 frayo.
