Help i just bought my phone recently like a few days ago, and the software must have crashed. I think it did it once or twice before. But now it hasn't turned back on, and ideas how to fix it and how to prevent it.
First lets get it back on.remove back cover and pull battery out put it back in replace cover then restart,might have to hold power button a few sec till it starts to reboot.
