Zte warp faq

I don't know where or how to post this...sorry...

My ZTE Warp finds my wireless signal verified by my SSID listed on my phone...

I can not connect. It says scanning, then says disconnecting repeatately. If I unplug and plug it back in. Viola, I have a signal. ??? I just returned the router for the same one. Belkin N150, could it be the router and phone are not compatible. ??? This is my second WARP. The first one had problems also with the WIFI connecting, but seemed not nearly as bad.

i been having the back texting problem and not getting calls i went into.setting,.about phone.. status. mobile newwork staate disconnected..i did resceash for other phones that the problems so im pretty shure it is but the dumb chicks at boost said theyknow how to change it on and dont know the change the apn setting and dont know it.they are techsupport but dont know it pretty shitty so i think it was the problem with the phone when i they turn it on re did the updates..i seen your youtube vids u know this phone inside and out can u tell how to get that one in service like serive state.thanks i missed call from a job my friend needed me to do becuase he called so was wondering how you fix it
 
I don't get the little Android guy in my status bar when I try to root, just the USB signal, how do I get it to appear cuz I remember Knoxville saying u need that in order to root?
 
H i Knoxville, Brian here. Hey I just got the warp yesterday and I've been studying your videos on how to root this phone . Now I have the b08c update and tried step by step with your video on how to root after the new update. I got frustrated cuz when I downloaded the ZTE.rare driver u said to right click and extract it. I did not see a option for me to do so. Then the USB debugging was on and I clicked unknown sources but in the status bar was only the USB icon. Iw couldn't get the little gray Android icon to come up. Only the USB icon pops up not the Android. What am I doing wrong? I really want to root my boost mobile warp. Do u have a written step by step on how to root a updated ZTE warp? If so I'd love to have it. Can anyone relate or help? thanks[/QUOTE]

You install 7zip, and then continue following the instructions :D
 
Ohhhhhhh I now what the problem is you did not install the drivers right the PDA net web page remember the list on that page you have to do every thing it saids not just the first three so tell me if that works:thumbup: cus it worked for me when I had the same problem :D
