Help Zte Warp Problems

i rooted me zte warp and got it in a boot loop i fixed that then use alienwarp then i installed new rom now as soon as i turn on my phone i still get boot animations from old rom my phone boots fine . but it does freeze up in the middle of the night im using team win recovery i cant get cwm back on when i try using it my phone gets stuck at boot animations i pretty new to rooting any help would be nice

As far as the old boot animation is concerned, happens all the time.
Do a complete factory data reset before flashing cmw or a new rom.

Interesting, never seen anyone that had a problem with root(unless they didnt no what there doing and didnt ask) but thanks for the site, good info.....
