Has anyone had problems with the LTE/4G not working? Mine stopped working 3 weeks ago and I haven't been able to get it fixed. The people at boost mobile haven't been any help either. If someone could help me it would be most appreciative.

No Sir, not yet. The $$ I had for the Sync went to a new PC replacement since the motherboard fried in my other laptop.. I'm trying tho, Lol

Is there anything that you can think of that can help me fix my 4G service. I've tried everything. Once a representative was talking me through updating my Prl, profile and firmware. Turned the phone off then turned it back on and it worked for a brief period but then went back to not working again.

?!?! Maybe got a tower down that hasn't been reported -or- it may be getting reprogrammed..
