Help ZTE Warp Touch Screen Problems. Need advise to fix this problem

Can someone please help me out. I recently bought this phone a little before thanksgiving. But just 2 days ago the screen started to malfunction.

ZTE's USA Tech Support phone is 877-817-1759

Or contact whomever you bought it from for warranty service.
