ZTO Electronics Android Pad

I'm thinking of buying ZTO 10.2" Tablet PC (Android 2.1) for my husband for Valentine's Day, and was wondering if its a good buy at $189.99 or if there is something better for around the same price. He would use it mostly for web browsing and as a music player.

I'd get at least a 2.2 powered tab..... JMO. I think 2.2 generic tabs will come down in price soon.

I tried to see if ZTO had any 2.2 at a decent price, and it told me that searching "2.2" could not be completed because it was a "malicious" search criteria. Any other brands I should try for getting a 2.2?
