Don't flame me if this is in an obvious spot but I missed it, cause I did look...but can you transfer files from the phone to the computer with Zumocast, or does it only work one way?

Zumocast is one way, computer to phone. Possibly will go two way sometime in the future like Motocast, maybe with ICS next year.
