Root ZV5 Custom

The screenshot function still works, hold power and volume down.

I don't usually kill off apps and stuff so that's why I took task manager out. I can definitely post the link to it if you'd like to reinstall it.

Only reason i like it is because its integrated into holding down the home button. is there a way to get a ss to take easily tho the stupid volume level pops up on my screen...

- Full busybox installer
- WiFi Mac Fix added back in
- Updated Google Apps
- Added Google Calendar in place of Lg Calendar
- Added Google Keyboard in place of standard keyboard

Working on cleaning up the settings menu but I'm having some issues decompiling and recompiling the apk..
 
After flashing I couldn't use provider data service but entered ##72786# command and so far so good.
Otherwise this ROM is streamlined and stable and I'm looking forward to updates (cosmetic or otherwise).
TY kwknott for such a lite interface that I can add to as needed.
 
For some reason that happens with this phone anytime you flash or restore a rom. Not sure what causes it but updating the profile and PRL or reactivating as you said will always fix the issue.

I've only had to reactivate when doing a clean install. Dirty flashes happily continued to provide service.
 
i want Qremote with this rom so i tried to unzip it then pasted the lg volt official q remote apk, zip it back up, paste it to sd flash the rom but it keep saying failed! i tried to do a regular apk install using a file manager but it just says cant install or something along those lines HELP PLEASE
 
Rom is working great so far except for one weird thing, every time I change the lock screen wallpaper it reverts back on reboot.

Any ideas why?

I've been lurking and reading up on all the ROMs here and this one seems like the one I'm looking for. Couple of questions if anyone could answer, that would be awesome. Is this the most current and only debloated Rom? And, if I'm coming from version ZV5 out of the box, will I have to flash the ZV5 Radio before so I get data? I love the CM Roms but I need my camera to work fine and don't want to get stuck with 4G issues, so this looks great! Thanks OP.

To answer your questions, yes this is the only debloated stock ROM. No, you won't need to flash the radio if you're already on zv5. Although, since you are already on zv5, I would suggest just rooting and debloating yourself. This way you can get rid of exactly what you want and not worry about losing something you wanted to keep. You also won't have to worry about glitches from dirty flashing or losing your data.
