I am trying to determine the CSC of a Samsung Galaxy SG-900T. I have tried *#1234# and *#*#1234#*#* and neither works. The only code that I have tried that works is *#06# to retrieve the IMEI. Running Android 6.0.1. The baseband version is G900TUVU1GQC2.

For about two weeks we have had the problem that Google / Android are rejecting apps for updates with the following statement:

We found that your app is not compliant with how REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES permission is allowed to be used. Specifically, the use of the permission is not directly related to the core purpose of the app.

Indeed, some of our apps had included this right in the past, but recent updates (for more than 6 months) no longer. We have checked and confirmed the current status as follows:

• Manifest controlled
• Searched all APK and plugins
• APK details in the store does not show this right either
• Display of the affected APK using "Sensitive Rights": all old beta versions which are not active

Unfortunately, all our objections and general support requests (also via other Google areas) are consistently ignored.

It is impossible for us to update our apps. Which is extra critical, especially with regard to requirements regarding newer SDK and billing API in two weeks.

How can we obtain help with the issue?

We're not a very small publisher, it's about apps with several hundred thousand installations.

When composing an email, at the automatic drop down menu, when composing it.
I get old emails and other people who I do not seem to contact at all, is there a way how to delete that drop down menu and dispose the emails?

I recently installed Android 13 via the October update. Among the changes is to set the first day of the week to Monday. Previously, on my device it was Sunday - my preferred option.

I know that I can specify the first day of week in the Calendar app but I'd have to do that for every app.

Q: Is there a way of setting that system wide? (Yes, I've looked!)

I'm looking for a music player app. It doesn't need to play online radio or podcasts, just a good music player. I have FLAC and .ape files on my phone. Would like a player that has a good equalizer. What I've tested, so far, I'm not too enamored with. Must be compatible w/ Android 8.1 GO edition. So, what player do you like/works for you?

Is there a way to get an Android Auto settings icon on my homescreen without using a separate launcher? Perhaps another third party app that can create the icon?

I've been seeing ads for The Good Day Lab and decided to check out their website. I found a couple of listings for them. The first warned that the connection wasn't safe and I got outta there. The second was green at first but then that red triangle appeared. The same thing happened not long ago when I was going to order something from a different site. It started out green but then went red when I got to the paynent part. I backed out and tried again, with the same result. Of course I ended up.not buying. Why is this happening? Is it the phone's fault? Has it been hacked? I'm generally pretty careful about this stuff. I don't do porn or use those "cleaners", and I have No Root Firewall, although I had to cut off the vpn because it messed with my access. I have at least supposedly private wifi.

My download speed was slow and erratic, I changed the MAC address (type) in settings from Random to Phone MAC and download speed is 100%.

All throughout the day, I receive notification tones, but when I bring up my notification panel, there are no new notices. Where are these tones coming from? Are there ghosts in my phone??

I am very new to this , just used the TV app building inside android studio and added:
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WAKE_LOCK"/>
inside the Androidmanifest.xml . When I made an APK file to test it on my TV, as soon as the screen saver kicks in, it pauses the live stream and goes to screen saver.

Age old question and yes I did double check out everything, I have a few of my cousin's numbers thanks to my sister, since last time it was FDR and I did get my contacts back instantly..

But today I just did finished FDR it a while ago, and boom, it was like an odd thing together, so yeah I better not clean up my contacts via tablet from moto edge anymore..

I'll keep it as brief as I can.

New google pixel 7 pro, backed up on old 4a before transferring sim card. Restored backup, all good. New phone broke, but had daily or weekly backups to my google drive - cannot rightly remember, probably weekly.

I am resorting to my old 4a for the time being for phone calls. However, When I get a new phone, can I restore the original backup again? Or is it lost? Shall I just continue using whatsapp on old 4a where I believe the original backup chat will still be when I transfer the sim, then carry on using from that phone until the new one arrives and I do the same again. Chat Backup on old 4a I will now be using and restore that chat on new phone? Is the original restored chat lost?

Main question, can I access the daily or weekly updated whatsapp backup from my google drive?

Does anyone know of any Galaxy watch apps for taking voice/audio notes that I can access on my S22 Ultra. I use TickTick for my tasks and know that I can't add things straight there from my watch so adding notes on the fly through the watch that I can later bring up on the phone and add to TickTick is the next best thing.

What smartphone has the best features if you are an avid solo flyer as an aviation enthusiast?

I have Thunderbird-latest version (on my PC and using Provider addon) sync'd with Outlook (on my A13 5G). I have two email accounts.Just now, when trying to reply or send an email from the phone, I'm being prompted to sign in. Also, I'm being asked to fill-in my PW for my IMAP and SMTP. I have used the PW that I have within Thunderbird for IMAP/SMTP and get error to try again. Prior to this, things seemed to be working as they should. I am now quite confused as to which PWs are wanted? I have tried my PW for IMAP/SMTP that are
listed within Thunderbird on the PC, but that isn't working. BTW, what I haven't tried is the PW used for my Google acct.

EDIT: Now all of a sudden one of the accts works, but the other one still doesn't. I am using the IMAP/SMTP PWs taken from TB.
