It seems like I can't get and select a new wallpaper, without a Samsung account or installing an app with advertisements.

Is there a way around that?

So, there are two guys- the manager and his right hand man- that are unbelievable cooks.

Calling them cooks is an insult.
I would call them chefs, even though they have not been through such schooling.

There are so many examples, such as a smoked pepper sauce made from 22 kinds of hot pepper- from ghost pepper on down- where all the vegetable ingrediants are grown right in the backyard.

Just flashed a new (current) version of TWRP on my device.

Booted into TWRP and went to advanced/terminal.

Tried to CD into /data/media (as I've done for years) in order to do a tar backup.

Surprise There in no media folder (even empty) in my data directory.

NE1 know WTH is going on here??

My wife's Ulefone Note 9P received an OTA update from Android 10 to 11 about a week ago, and Yesterday received the January security update. That may be a first for a cheap Chinese phone. I am impressed.

I forgot my pin for private mode, haven't used it in a while but now I need to open it to get something out and can't remember what the pin is. I can't reset the phone I need what is in it so that's not a option. I've tried alot now it's giving a timer each time I try. I've hooked it to my laptop to try to find the folder and it won't show up. Is there any way I can get by it or reset without resetting the phone? A program I can buy for my laptop to reset it or open it? Really need in that folder.

I have always used Titanium backup to backup and restore app data. It has worked for almost all the apps. One app for which it doesn't work is Google clock.

I have lots of alarms. Some go off on a weekly basis on particular days. How can I backup and restore alarm data from Google clock?

I want to backup the alarm clock data on my old OnePlus 5T running Android 10 and then transfer it to restore data on a new OnePlus 9RT phone running Android 11. I tried superbackup app also but it doesn't restore the alarm data. It only restores the clock app.

I was wondering if anyone was having this issue with their ZTE phone?A lot of my apps tend to not want to stay running very long in the background like with my browser Firefox when I just exit the app it restarts but I don't want it to do that or sometimes my no root firewall will just shut off sometimes my VPN will run for a few hours in the background then randomly shutoff and my YouTube app constantly restarts after I exit the app.I want those apps to run at all times unless I stop them.The phone does good overall I just have issues with certain apps not wanting to stay running long in the background.It's funny on my older phone which I still use my Droid turbo I had trouble keeping apps turned off now it's the opposit sighs.Oh and sorry if this was long or posted in the wrong area.

So im up to step3 of Firebase setup.. paste code onto Project-level build.gradle (/build.gradle).. but the file doesnt have Dependancies or Repositorie on the file..

Why are some blocks in a webpage not visible when viewed on the phone, but in windows? I have tried to change to desktop mode, but then get an error message, Service Error in '/' Application, Runtime Error. See screenshot below.

A page I am using for my work have two primary columns with rows in them. The rows contain source and target text. I work as a translator and this is the client's Editor in which you open and do the job. So you look at the source text in the source field and translate it in the target field. Like it was two excel rows in columns beside each other. They are then a connected pair, saved in a translation memory. These two columns can be scrolled down as far as the source text rows go.

Beside the two columns are a fixed column/block with suggestion from a translation memory, term bank or other. And below this block you have another block with context material, like text or image. Below the two primary columns you have some blocks showing statistics etc about the job, phrases, etc that are shown all the time. You also have a top menu with different features.

The problem is no that in my phone I can only see the two main columns with rows with source and target segments in each row field. But I can't see the third column/block beside them that contain suggestions/matches from the translation memory, term bank, etc. And I need that.

I can zoom in to enlarge the page and the two rows, but I can't zoom out. The two rows take up the whole screen. Also, vertical view I can only see one of the main columns, but in horisntal mode I can see both of them.

There is a feuture with an arrow icon to hide/unhide this third block, but when clicking on it nothing happens, it only change direction. As if it tries to show the block to me, but can't shrink the two main columns to make place for the third block on the side.

Can I do something about it, or is the page not adapted to show the third column/block beside the two main columns?

Sorry if it sounds a bit confusing, my English is not the best.

About 3 years ago I added "Wyatt" to my Google Android dictionary, and 3 phone later, everytime I swipe "what" it writes Wyatt and I'm losing my mind. It's not in the dictionary so where is Google getting it from and can I delete it?

A repair shop had to factory reset the phone. Said there was software problem ( was not turning on waiting on Samsung logo) and reinstalled.
I had my files backed up on google drive.
He returned my phone but forgot to insert SIM card. Since I needed to use whatsapp , I installed it and all data including the camera photos are backedup on the phone.
HOWEVER, no call log / memo / and messages .
Last time,they resetted my phone there was backup of messages & call log . Currently no.
I read now that Drive does not back up MEMO which is very important for me to back up.I do not have Samsung backup.
I would very much appreciate if you can suggest me ;
- a solution to back up at least MEMO. I checked the internal storage . It is around 4,6 MB which makes me think that maybe it is not erased.Settings / Storage I selected MEMO

I live in the north east United States and we had a severe snow storm. I realized that the portable charger I owned was not compatible with the new Pixel 6 Pro. (It was a Qualcomm QC 3 charger and our phone uses Power Delivery charging) So I went looking for a replacement. I found a fairly good article on www.powerbankguide.com. I keep one in case of power outages since you cannot change batteries on current phones. That way I can still use my phone for a few days. (Depending on the portable charger you buy)

I want to use an old cell phone as a webcam. I have successfully used Droid cam and like it, but how do I get it into a decommissioned phone (no SIM card, device info changed with carrier, etc.). Can I connect over WiFi to an app store? Can I sideload it from an active phone or laptop, even my web-connected PC?
