Hello, I am working on an application that is supposed to gain Carrier Privileges . We have an eSIM card, that already has a SHA-1 and fingerprint of a keystore used to sign application written to it, but the application not able to get the privileges.

Is there anything the application suppose to call in order to get the access?

I'm hoping to get your advice on my phone: my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has been stuck on the Samsung logo after booting up and doesn't boot beyond that. It was a sudden occurrence as the phone was working perfectly the night before.


1. What I have attempted:
Here's what I have attempted / ruled out:
- Prior to the issue I have not downloaded any other apps (ruling out any cause of malicious apps)
- Recharged battery (no battery issue) and battery working perfectly fine
- Cleared the system cache
- Tried to boot in Safe Mode (but could not boot in Safe Mode because phone could not progress beyond the Samsung logo)


2. Important phone content: Most important to me are the Photos in the Gallery, downloaded Music and WhatsApp data
- My Google Photos contains only one part of the photos (i.e. Google Photos are not complete, but Gallery is complete)
- If it is still possible to salvage the situation, I am looking for a solution that preferably does not involve doing a factory reset or any sort of data wipe, at least until I backup my Photos, Music and WhatsApp backup data.


3. Any suggestions: Would Smart Switch be able to help extract data out of the phone, even when it is booting? As I've read that Kies is only applicable for Samsung Note 2 and below.
- Are there any other PC suites or software which can access and backup the phone's content without having to fully boot the phone to the usual home screen?

Any suggestions or advice on the above would be very much appreciated.

ok so looks like we started up the economy a bit early as this pandemic is raging all over Ca, Az, Tx, and Fl as well as some other states.

But the show must go on as they say and a majority of your biggest sports are but to either re-launch their season or start a brand new albeit a much shorter season.

the NBA will be re-launching the season at the end of july, while MLB is starting its opening day tomorrow, Thursday.

anybody excited about it? should we put an asterisk for this year? meaning if let's say the LA Lakers win the title, it will most definitely count. but should it be known that it was during a pandemic?

or let's say my Boys in blue, the Dodgers, win the World Series. Does the pandemic taint the accomplishment? i mean for the Dodgers, they will be playing only 60 games and it will only be from teams basically on the Western side of the US.

I have a VZW branded unlocked force pro 2 using on the metro (Tmobile) network. After manually inputting the APN (this didn't happen automatically) I have data and text but no mms and no calling either making or receiving. Tech support from my carrier, as I assume with most is no help at all. Is there anyone out there who knows why this happening and how to fix it? Thank you

This is driving me crazy. My Google contacts all have names attached to them. But when I make a call to some of them or receive a call from some, only their number shows up - not their names. Even ones that have been made favorites. I don't understand it.

I don't know if this matters, but it seems to happen with the few numbers that live on the SIM card that was moved from an old flip phone to this device. I can't find a way to get into the card's contacts and neither could Caterpillar.

Any thoughts? It seems that I will just have to live with it.

Unfortunately my account was hacked. I have zero knowledge of who or how, I did receive warnings from Google/Chrome about my account credentials being part of a data breach but neglected to change my password.

It has since been changed along with 2 step verification enabled.

Visiting relatives, the signal from the tower to my phone seems perfectly okay, but the speed sucks, and sometimes, for instance with loading web pages, they'll just time out. I noticed that next to the signal strength indicator, an exclamation mark sometimes appears. (see attached screen cap) I don't know what it means, but it can't be good. Anyone? Phone is a OnePlus 7.

I would like to root the Fire HD 10 7th generation, Fire OS 5.6.6.0 (654620620). Can someone please help me with this? I would even be happy running just Linux Mint but prefer to just root and run launcher with updates disabled. Thanks!

I am in desperate need of a PDF file viewer that has both a file preview and the ability to use network shares. That is to say, when the files are listed, I should be able to see an image of the file before clicking on it. Most file explorers can do it with pictures like JPGs and PNGs, or even videos, but I absolutely cannot find anything that does it for PDFs. The closest I could find are Xodo and ReadEra, as they both have file preview, but neither of them seem to be compatible with SMB shares. The easiest SMB share connector I've found is Total Commander, but it doesn't have file preview.

Anyone have any idea?

Yesterday I was trying to post on Craigslist but I couldn't find the tab or whatever it's called. Then it said secure connection failed. It's done that ever since. Is this some kind of denial of service attack?
