You are right. I apologize. it was Samsung who she was blaming... I told you I "Thought" that is who she said. Flame away I honestly don't care. I am reporting what she told me.
Well I guess we all just need to relax. I know we're just trying to get the most accurate information we can from each other because we can't get it from Customer Service! Unfortunately, a lot of what we share with each other DID come from Customer Service....
Oh the irony!!
