I ordered mine on 6/4 and my phones are supposed to be shipped out, tomorrow. I've been calling Verizon for the past few days to see if they have any updates for me. They keep saying the order will be shipped on the 25th and I should see it on the 28th before 7pm. I'm in Maryland. I still haven't received any e-mails.

I'm a 6/2 order as well and it's been in spurts where certain people are having their phones sent out on time but most are having this 5 day delay.

On 6/2 in store
promised ship date of 6/23
then promised ship date of 6/24
now a 5 day delay (business days)
so around 5/30-7/1
Also, I'm leaving for a camping trip on Skyline Drive in Shenandoah Nat Park tomorrow and won't be back until Monday afternoon. I've had this planned for a few months and was hoping to get the phones early. I suppose I'll just have to hope my neighbor will be home to intercept the FedEx person and any packages he/she may/may not be carrying/delivering/stroking.
6/5 with a ship date of 6/25 as well. I still have not gotten anything about shipping. Cant really expect it then if some 6/2s and 6/3s still have nothing. I was hoping they would stay early so we could have them over the weekend. Guess it will be another rough weekend with nothing to play with lol.
Just got off the phone with a Verizon rep. Very nice... but insanely frustrating! All he could give me was the ship date that's on the website if you ordered today. I'm a 6/11/10 order and the expected ship date was 7/9/10, but from what I've been reading I'll be lucky to get it. At this rate I'm going straight to the Verizon corp store and trading it in for the X. I work in customer service, so I feel for those reps on the phone, but jeeze! He didn't even know what the X was.
Guys, you all need to calm down. Against Federal law to be delayed without notice?? Really? Good luck with that. I bet you they update their system with the information and thus they get around any issues.
Now, I used to be in customer service and I can tell you that they are just a bunch of people who get whined at by everyone and have little power to do anything. Yes, they have a script and often in situations like this wont even have to look at your account once they see it hasnt shipped. some of them will go the extra mile, but often there aint much they can do.
Whining will get you 1 (or more) of 3 results: 1. a freebie 2. a little extra effort 3. noted in the system that you are a PIA and thus every time you call the CSR who answers will know you are a whiner which means when you have a legit problem, you might get the cry wolf effect.
In this case, it looks like a simple case where Verizon had no idea how well the phones would sell. HTC neither. I think Verizon assumed the EVO, iPhone4, Moto Droid, and soon Moto X would have a greater effect on the sales of the Incred.
Those who await...... it is worth it. Especially with Froyo not too far off and right now Skyfire having flash. Now I just wait for my borther(6/2 to get his)

I try to be as nice as I can to them. I'm a Comcast technician, so I know how it is when everyone thinks everything that goes wrong is your fault. Haha. I'll walk into a house and get screamed at like I broke their TV.

And in other news today, 736 Verizon customers drank a pale colored fruit drink once they discovered their phone orders would not arrive until late July. Is it April 1st?

It's a good thing because my Storm (1) won't last more than a couple of minutes now if I can even get it to charge up. I know it just needs a new battery, but I didn't want to have to buy one and then take it back when I got the Dinc. I just didn't expect to wait this long. I just hope someone is at my house to sign for it when it comes tomorrow.

it does crawl, but the post she was referring to and referenced by me on tues came from mastermind about 2 weeks ago, feel like i been stuck in this asylum for 6 or 7 months. People like mastermind, zombie, and babyblue have bee n keeping me and others entertained for weeks. Think its just me, baby and 1 or 2 others still around from then
I live in Southern California and I've talked to multiple CSR's and they've all told me the same thing. Almost all Inc's have a month delay now, and thats just for shipping, add another two days for actual delivery. I'm probably going to switch over to the Moto X if i can get it on opening day.

man I want to leave VZW for this. I want to return the HTC for this.
But they have the best coverage, and They have the best phone...I guess. I just wish vzw would have stepped up to the plate and announced a delay when they knew about it. this just didnt sneak up on them.
They {CSR's} have asked me every time what can they do to make this alright and every time I tell them I dont want anything but for someone to tell me when for sure my phone will ship...no one will buck up...
the sorry manager is an ass to talk. He says a restocking fee is mandatory and that he wont give me my money back without the device even though it hasn't shipped..I know *611 can credit it back to me but dang I am fighting on principle In my mind...LOL that aint saying much
truth is I will sleep tonight because I dont have to wonder if it will make it on time...we know it wont.. and truth is I freaking want this phone...but if the x is as close in size as the 3d model shows it on one site the dinc is going back... I loved everything about my moto droid except the slide... so
