Just received an email letting me that my phone may experience an additional 5 day delay. So I decided to call again...on hold.

My advice, for what it's worth - if you were supposed to ship already and have not - call Customer Service and ask if they show anything. If they don't then calmly state that you are very disappointed that the phone didn't ship as promised and that you would like to know if there is a credit available. If you are nice you might get a $25 courtesy credit. It's worth a shot anyway.
