Wow. Can't believe some people would call to complain about being informed of a delay. I guess you can't keep everyone happy no matter what you do. I would have appreciated a 'heads-up' rather than have to call in to find out where my phone was...![]()
People are frustrated that they've waited this long, only to have to wait longer. I agree with the others that this email should have gone out sooner. The gift card is a joke, IMO. I'd much rather have a $25 credit against my bill, but that would be a dollar-for-dollar credit and, well, we wouldn't want to have that, now would we?

For those of you that are getting the e-mail: Did you order in-store or on-line?
