I keep having this Groundhog Day fear.... I'll wake up in the morning with my mind made up. It's 6/10 and I'm heading to my local VZW store to get that new snappy

6/9 Order's should ship out Friday, and 6/10 on saturday.
And I should actually receive mine on 7/9

Inc shipped out today. Should have it tommorrow.
Going to check out the Droix X on 7/15. If I like it better, will be returning my Inc. Verizons giving me $50 of the Droid X for my first Inc getting fried. The Droid X looks a little too big, kinda like carrying a netbook around in your pocket.

Out of curiosity, out of us four... how many received the email with the 25 dollar pacifier? I haven't. Called CS today and seems that list is as messed up as the ship list. Or should I say the csr was just as clueless as normal.

fwiw, im on a corporate account (for a company nobody in the family plan has worked for in years) and i got the $25 gift card

I doubt it, the calendar says (Independence Day(Observed)). This means that businesses that are normally closed on sunday, like the post office or FedEx, will be closed Monday as their "holiday".
Yeah. When the 2nd CSR confirmed 6/30, and the survey call-back guy reconfirmed 6/30 two days ago, imagine my disgust when today's CSR says it's delayed up to 7 biz days beyond that according to the note posted to my account four days before the call-back guy reconfirmed 6/30!
Separately, I got the $25 gift-card email, plus an offer to cancel and be able to order the DroidX (after 7/15), waiving the $35 restocking fee. Plus a CSR promise to call me on Sunday (7/4!) with an update.
Whenever I hear "Verizon: we never stop working for you", my immediate reaction is "only because you haven't started working for me".
FWIW, a CSR told me that a) she's working on 7/4, and b) Verizon is open for business on 7/5. When counting business days, she said to count Monday, but not Sunday.

does anyone who got the 35 dollar restocking fee waived know how the return process is gonna work? since i ordered online, will i have to mail my incredible back if i want the x? or can i just walk into a store on the 15th and trade

fedex is definitely closed on monday though, i dont think the csr's work schedule really matters in terms of the phones shipping

Someone was told by CS that you could take it back to the store, but I believe the box has to be unopened if you do not want to pay $35
Ok, this is my first post but I have been reading this thread almost daily for about 2 weeks now. I am a 6/5.

Location: West TN about 60 miles directly north of Memphis
I have called CSR's many times in the last week with all the same bullcrap answers as everyone else on here. I did talk a supervisor into 10% off my bill for the next six months which ='s about $65. I also received the $25 email about 2 days ago.
I don't understand why some people who ordered from 6/6 and after have received their phones but some of us who ordered from 6/5 and 6/4, 6/3 etc have not????

VCS told me that it's sporadic and that your neighbor who ordered after you could get it before you. Doesn't make sense but that's what they told me. I thought orders were done in order received but I guess I'm just slow. Verizon don't make cents they make millions.
