The Huntsville one might not be a terribly long drive. It wouldn't be worth it to knock out the 2 yr upgrade price, but for the full retail price, it might be worth considering. Don't know why I am inviting more competition!
Yeah, how is 300 miles considered "a little south"??
I got super lucky and my NE2 is up on the 13th so I can get it for $149. Sure free would be great, but running with my son, and not having GPS makes my chances pretty slim. I just hope I can get it in the store the morning of. I've never had the "it" thing the day it comes out so I'm super excited! I do hope some people on this forum get some of the phones. Why not you or me? It could happen!true. if it's this weekend.....may have to consider!i like an adventure!
Good luck, everyone. Hope this inspires you all...

BTW if you are officially on twitter and following only @droidlanding there is no need to manually refresh your twitter page every 10 seconds. Atleast I dont have to, and I am running Internet Explorer, so better browser should have this too.
I am using Tabbed browsing and one of my tabs is my own twitter home page.
Usually the tab label is "Twitter / Home"
but when a new post has appeared since I refreshed the page the tab label goes to
"Twitter / Home (1)"
where the 1 is replaced by how many new posts there are.
It is a great live tracker of new action so i only have to refresh when I know a new post has come.
anyone else figure this out yet? no on has posted it

Try 90 miles...
Firefox does this too, but it's pretty random on when a tweet shows up where. I have received SMS tweets 5 minutes before it shows up on twitter, and sometimes haven't received the SMS at all. Twitter / Home seems to be the most reliable place to watch, and the ones that get deleted seem to stay there too.
Boston and Philly are 90 miles apart? What map are you looking at?
...Five days until Droid X designate #8 will be in a city built on steel. Droid X is built on 1Ghz processing power.
Pittsburgh?
richmond to dc aint exactly a quick trip
Yeah, I just went and re-read the other clues. Ignore my previous statement#8 is supposed to be in Dixie and where they built the rocket.. is Hunstville, Ala a steel-town like Pittsburgh??
