Switching to DX. What phone do you currently use?

Blackberry Tour SEE YA. I'm getting the X first thing Thursday morning at my local VZW store and if the line is too long or they run out when I get there at 8am, I was first to preorder at Best Buy and I don't mind just using that gift card for something else.

LG Dare then HTC Incredible, felt like the Inc was going to slip through the cracks so I returned it to wait for the X
 
Finally broke my 3rd Glyde after having it for a year. Dropped with with a pretty great amount of force. I actually liked this phone after the last update came put for it July of last year. It worked so well from then on and I had absolutely no problems with it at all. Doesn't deserve all the hate it gets
 
the most basic LG flip phone Alltel had 3 years ago. A Jitterbug would be an upgrade for me. :.) this is going to be like better than beer. I really like beer btw
 
LG Dare. Its been a good phone, but the battery is shot and its time for some internetz and 4.3" screen goodness.
 
two tin cans attached by some string. it's pretty cool and all, but it is almost just easier to yell a crossed the room. plus, they are not very pocket friendly. i thinks this will be a huge step up.
 
Hello, My name is Paul. I'm here because i'm addicted to Android Devices and I need a fix STAT! Thursday seems so far away. Here's my usage history/nightmare

Old LG Flip phone (Pretty sure Moses used the same one) -----> LG Chocolate (Used for about a year and a half. Hated it) -------> BB Pearl (2 months of use) -----> BB Storm 9530 (1 year of use between 4 different devices. I won't bore you with the details and i'm sure any Storm owner understands the frustration. lol) ----> BB Storm 2 9550 (Much better upgrade but still not perfect)

-----> HTC Incredible (1st Android device. BAM! Hooked! Absolutely loved it especially comparing it to the Blackberry UI and OS. Had it for 26 days until I learned of the Droid X!! It was game over after that. I returned my Incredible and pre-ordered my X and I am currently using my old BB Storm 9530. To say I am going through Droid withdrawls would be an understatement. I hate this phone and Thursday cannot get here soon enough..... We need a Rehab Thread for those waiting and suffering with an older phone we all hate. Any takers? lol.

I went from the LG Dare to the Eris. You're gonna LOVE Android! Web on the Dare was tedious at best. The Dare was a good phone, but you are going from a bicycle to a Maserati! Congratulations.

While I still love my laggy little Eris, it's time for big speed demon!
 
I haven't read every post in this thread but I thought I would share my jump as I doubt many have it beat. My current phone is an LG VX8300 that I have used for 4 years. Can't wait to get an x.
 
LG Ally here.. but I just got that 2 weeks ago to tide me over until the DX <3

Had the BB Storm 9530 before that.

Only 2 days and a wake-up now.... I think I might start hyper-ventilating soon... not sure tho..
 
EnV Touch. worst phone ever.. shuts off every 5 minutes, drops every call, doesnt send text messages, screen freezes and glitches out whenever i get a call. I got a replacement one and the next day i had the same problems with the phone. I am going crazy waiting for thursday lol
 
I went from iPhone 2G to HTC Evo. Returned the Evo and am using a temporary Verizon LG flip phone until the 15th.
