Switching to DX. What phone do you currently use?

Yep. I'm on my 4th. I'm so tired of dialing wrong numbers and accidentally texting the wrong people cause of the faulty touch screen. I don't care how good a phone samsung can make now, I would never get one after the hell I've been through the past 3 years.
I'm debating smashing it to pieces as soon as I get my new X.

Oh man I feel ya! I think I will take my golf clubs to this phone like a cackling fiend after I get my X.

I went from nextel push to talk > LG Chocolate > BB Storm 9530 > Droid Inc (Sold ebay after 2 months) > BB Storm 9530 (Till Droid X) > Droid X (7/15/10)

Motorola Droid
Droid Eris
Nexus One
Motorola Droid - returned the first but bought another.
I kept it while I bought:
Palm Pre Plus
HTC Droid Incredible

Droid X
is next. :)

I've got an LG Env2. It's a POS. Most of the front buttons don't work. I always had a work cell phone so I never even carried this thing most of the time. But, the work phone got stolen and work is going to let me use my personal phone and they are going to pay the bill (up to $80). So, it's now time to upgrade. :D

A hefty and hearty goodbye to AT&T, Windows and that 2.5 year old Tilt. It was good while it lasted. Time to get current..and cool...with Verizon and the DX! Can't wait.:D I might win this thread!!

Finally broke my 3rd Glyde after having it for a year. Dropped with with a pretty great amount of force. I actually liked this phone after the last update came put for it July of last year. It worked so well from then on and I had absolutely no problems with it at all. Doesn't deserve all the hate it gets

It is the first and only inanimate object I have ever taken such a hatred to that I smashed it to bits on a brick wall. The speed is unbearably slow, and the touchscreen does not register anything at all. It is by far the worst phone ever made, and I will never buy anythin made by samsung ever again.

Storm 1. I got it on release day (11/21/2008) and have suffered with it since. I was able to get my NE2 moved up from 7/21 to 7/6, when I emailed and asked to have it moved to the 15th for the DX release.

my android addiction is crazy have the droid then bought a incredible on a new line and now this x i gunna retire my droid :D

storm 1 hopefully the x will be just as good the only reason i have been hanging on to the blackberry is because of its quick push email for pop3

but i have done some research on it and i think i can forward my pop3 account to my gmail and get it pushed that way.

well see hopefully it will work.

The wife and both ordered Droid X phones tonight. My old phone was a 3GS and she had a P.O.S. Samsung Epix WinMo phone. It was funny because she wouldn't even look at the Samsung Captivate on AT&T because she loathes Samsung phones now. LOL.

I was using LG Dare, now I have the Droid X! Loved my LG Dare but nothing beats the Droid X and no complaints here.
:)

Samsung Alias...I think only the RAZR posters beat me in terms of upgrade. This phone will be replacing that POS and my 2nd gen iPod Touch....whenever I get my hands on it.

Sidenote: I was going to get the HTC Incredible till I caught wind of this, I'm jumping form waiting list to waiting list...this is ridiculous. Verizon, stock these phones better for launch!

Treo 755p - but I only have one more day with it since my DX should/will be arriving tomorrow according to FEDEX tracking!

So tired of the 755p and Palm OS...

BB Curve 8330. I'm up to about 12 battery pulls a day! I can't upgrade until the 25th and it's been killing me since July. I've thought about paying the extra $20 and upgrading early. But I guess it'll work out better this way. I'll be getting my phone after the 2.2 so I won't have to wait for that.

Came from HTC Imagio Energy ROM, great phone. Energy ROMs were great but always seemed there was always something that didn't work. The Droid X is such a beeter phone, well integrated, finger friendly and fast. Apps that work, Pandora works and video and music plays for hours with no skips or drops. Only negative is broken Wifi that will hopefully be fixed with 2.2.

Before getting my droid x i had an iphone 4. That phone was good but i had no service at my house. Before the iphone i had an env touch.

My LG Shine (do I have everyone beat now?? lol) died on me a week before our contract was up. Thankfully, my husband still had his old Moto Razr, so I was able to pop my sim card into that one and still have a phone.
I can not even explain what an upgrade the DX is for me!!!

Going from HTC Hero (original UK version) to DX. Just got shipping notice for it to arrive tomorrow :)

Have enjoyed the hero; but can not wait for the speed and large screen of the X.
