Hold a empty spot on your home screen until it says widgets...Click widgets then select the GPS widget......

Click the all apps button to the bottom left of your screen when it shows up with all your apps go to the FM Radio app and Tap n hold it until it lets you drag it to the Home Screen

I had SportsTap widget transparent, must have undid itself somehow, have to fix that. Still a couple other widgets I need to get transparent. Also noticed the Gmail icon magically changed itself back to the stock one so looks mismatched here.

I have the same issues when taking pictures through sdk. a lot of custom settings change when plugging the phone in. they all come back after unplugging and then turning the screen off and on. if you look below my grocery list should be blue and the music player should have album art on it.


well this is it for now. i've decided to go ahead with root, so its time to head over to xda for some questions. need to get a backup going first.

loving that battstat newone, you always seem to find/come up with some cool stuff. sometimes i feel like i'm stealing... lol


couple of questions that prob don't belong here but since this is my favorite thread

app brain: are there different apps to be found from the market there? i had used it at first, but after the OTA i performed a hard reset and never re-installed. also does having app brain run in the background affect the battery much?

lock bot pro: for those of you using it, do you have any issues with it? there seemed be lots of negative reviews on it, is it worth spending money on?

i really like this wallpaper, so im sticking with it .. for now at least

this is what i have right now, blue is my favorite color and i like how it looks.
plus made some custom direct dial buttons for the dock, came out pretty good (2nd pic).

red version, my son likes the one with the black clouds and red dock icons.

and just green and purple versions.

MAKE SURE USB DEBUGGING IS ENABLED ON YOUR PHONE.
diconnect phone from usb. reconnect.
go to SDK FOLDER you extracted to your desktop find file TOOLS

open it. then find ddms double click and a black developers window will open. WAIT A FEW SECONDS ANOTHER WINDOW WILL OPEN!!!!! find you device. click on it. now on the top of the window there is settings or something. click screen capture

Question directed at anyone in particular? Or just the general your?

Dock icons ... you can use Launcher Pro or ADW.
Homescreen icons ... you can use Bettercut or Folder Organizer

Then ... use an icon pack or find/make your own icons.
