Root Is it worth going back to stock now we should be getting 2.2 offically?

The process of 'un-rooting' seems quite simple. And I could keep all my apps and settings with a backup app?

I'm using Modacos 2.2 w/ sense Rom at the moment. Would I get better performance with the official froyo?

Not sure anyone can answer that yet m8, as some of the custom roms got various optimizing on them

Yeah, well I'll be looking out for comparisons once people start getting the updates.

no you won't. when the official is released, modaco will make that rooted. he also modifies the rom to make it faster and more stable (yes its possible).

stay with modaco, he will have a rooted version for you very quickly, and it will be better than stock.
