Sadly, Chevy said the percentage isn't in the stock theme. Anyone have a theme suggestion to JUST change the battery?

Given my poor luck with ROMs lately - I am going to have a hard time switching and reviewing another ROM after SS 4.6...
I want to use it for at least a day, beginning this morning. I am just screwing around with kernels for now (my replacement phone no likey any LV, but I keep trying :) )

Review coming shortly and it will be thorough.
 
Flashed this earlier today with theme, but I can't seem to get my wallpapers to change. My lockscreen wp hasn't changed at all with no matter what I choose, and my normal wp doesn't seem to want to change all the time either. Any clues?
 
Finally had time to dig around in 4.6 and I just have to say the new changes you made are AMAZING Chevy! This is hands down the best ROM out there. Keep this great work up, it is just what the community needs.
 
Out of curiousity...did you wipe before installing this? I've had slowdown/redraw issues if i didn't wipe first.

Anyone have a theme that changes JUST the battery to include 10% increments? Only feature missing from this theme.
 
I love everything about this rom besides the redraw issues i keep having with the launcher. I stayed away from launcher pro and adw this time because i had even worse redraw issues with those on bugless the last rom i was running.I want to stick with this rom so bad, i wish there was a cure.anyone out therte with a suggestion i would love to hear it, thanks
 
OK everyone - you ask and you shall receive. Patcher to put battery % in the stock SS theme :)

Just install as a regular update.zip - oh yea, notice how I'm not replacing the entire apk, but am able to update with just my changes? New - I intend to use it to update full themes with a tiny package :)

Coming from BB4, no wipe, of anything, installed fine, runs fine, a little bit of
minor lag now and then, probably because I didn't wipe. Using Chevy ULV 1200 kernal. Might wipe at a later date and re-install but having all my data there and no fooling around with restores of any kind (except widgets) was sweet.
 
I wiped and installed, restored all my apps using TB when I go into Market -> Downloads it says that I haven't downloaded anything. Anyone see this?
 
Seems that the battery indicator is also incorrect on this rom. I just double checked but in this rom the battery indicator is about 20% less than my other roms. Meaning when I went to install this rom my battery was @ 80%, after the install it was 60%, uninstall and went back to my original rom and the batt was back to 80%

Why did you wipe? The first suggestion is to NOT wipe - try to go from your old ROM, to mine, without wiping

Not sure why you would see this - nobody else has mentioned having this issue ... did you go into spare parts and verify what it was reading?

Hmmmm ... well, I must admit, your situation is a first! I have not had a single person, out of hundreds, to have market issues, or incorrect battery icons, on 4.6!
 
I just rooted my phone today and this is the first custom ROM I installed. I like it a LOT
so far. I don't think I will need to try anything else as this ROM looks absolutely fantastic.

I haven't had any problems that I can see (I'm restoring apps and settings via TB right now), but will let you know if I do.
 
would love to go back to running chevy mods but after i downloaded the 4.6 i tried to change the banner to verizon wireless couldnt do it got stuck in a boot loop had to pull battery finally went to jrummy lithium mod.. really wanted 4.6 to show verizon wireless so i could of used my nfl app.. anybody know of a way to fix this issue?
