First Apps for your phone

+1 for Paycer too.
Has helped me out a lot.

Love that rotary dialer. Doubt I would use it much but for a novelty that is pretty cool.....Now if you could have the coin slots and jam a coin in them with the coin release button(let's see how many people on here know what I'm talking about ;) )

I would like a wildlife activity table app, it's what's used to help determine when wildlife/fish are most likely to be active or feeding.

I could find exactly what you were looking for, but I think this is pretty darn close. It isn't free and there aren't any ratings or comments yet, so I can't tell how good it is, but it looks pretty decent from the description and screen shots.

Pocket Ecologist - Android app on AppBrain

Also, for kicks:
Animal Translator - Android app on AppBrain

I'll check those out. I'd like to find something like THIS but as an app. I entered a zip code from a nearby area so I'd be able to get the graph up on the screen.

Awesome Drop.... Great app to transfer anything to your phone. I like it because you dont have to open an account or plug in, couldn't be easier!

Apps, apps, apps! Don't forget you have access to the WWW. If you have a favorite website for a local activity table, make it a bookmark.

The Market should be notifying you about application updates. You can select batch updates as well, so that you don't have to do it one by one if there are multiple updates available.

Is there any app that automatically updates your apps? That way you don't have to update each and every one?

No, not automatically update. You'd have to go to each app and check the settings to see if there is an automatic update option.. and some apps don't even have that. You're pretty much stuck going on AppBrain or your stock Market app and updating 1 at a time.

dude gesture search is probably my fav most used app of all, screw keyboard when you can search via palm graffiti style. 2nd fav app is launcher pro plus :)

when you go to your market, click menu, downloads, you will see all your installed apps there and if any need updating they will appear up top, then just click click click to update them

Yeah I know the individual updating...I wanted batch updating. Sometimes when you have 15 apps that have updates available it can take some time so you are bogging down the phone/data plan.

The previews I've seen of 2.2 let you update all "new updates" at once - so you will have your wish in about a month... I assume

Just switch to wifi at home, and grab the updates faster that way, without impacting your data plan. When we are at home now, we always switch to wifi, since downloads seems much faster.

My LG Ally, (I returned it to order a DX) that I had for a week, automatically notified me about updates for my apps. I was able to tap, "Update All," or, "Select All." - Something along the lines of that. It worked really well. Maybe this was just something that LG added? Seems unlikely. :\

EDIT: I can't stress enough just how badly I really want this app. :( Except it's $4.51 and I don't have any money for it. D: Well, it's just five bucks maybe I can bribe a friend into getting it for me. :>
