Eh, most techs prolly dont even know what that means lol so I doubt it. But depends how tech savy your tech is that looks at your phone lol. Ide say 90% chance they never know. But dont quote me.
 
heard something about a directive sent out. Something about giving employees incentives for discovering rooted phones. Just a rumor.
 
why is that verizon is not advertising the 'incredible' like they are with 'motorola' brands?

would there be another 'incredible' somewhere down the road? ex: incredible2

If it was sent out, I didnt see it because Im not a tech, they arent Verizon Wireless employees and they get different emails/initiatives ect.

Thanks, and Im not sure. Thats all advertising/PR stuff I guess. Im just a sales rep haha. The next droid to launch will be that samsung one. No eta that I know of though, altho I havent checked lol
 
since you are in sales...let me ask this question: how many 'incredibles' have you (or verizon, or verizon's database) sold? and since they are back in stock, at what rate are they selling?

Ive personally sold like probably 20 or so. Company wide, no idea. I cant see those numbers.

Whats a free upgrade? You can upgrade to a flip phone for free if thats what you really want, and yes you can upgrade it to whatever line you want.

So sometimes i sit at work alone for a few hours, waiting for the next person to come in, and i day dream about a customer attacking me. But if they attack me, I want them to have 5 lines of service all with blackberries.

Just a FYI, if you physically assault a verizon wireless employee, you will most likely be sent a cease and disist(sp?) letter, in that letter, it says, Hi, you cant come into any verizon stores anymore, also, we deactivated your account, your $350 termination fee per line bill will be sent with your final. Thanks

Verizon wouldnt give that $$ to you, so why would you want that to happen?

or if they do, is this why every employee gives you different information, so they will attack you and you can make some $$?

Why do the call center people do it? We can't attack them (however we might want to).

I know this question was asked early in the thread but I figured I'd re-surface it: Any news on that dock? I remember reading some blogs a while back saying it was discontinued :(

Theres a car nav dock, but no mount still.

Look for the Technocell Incredible mount, just google it. and it cant be modded becuase its a actually phone holster clip and it snaps into the mount, so u get a case and mount in one. and the home dock is gone.

if your good with a dremel, you can make trhe droid2 home mount work for your inc, im looking at it now. the charger thing is in the wrong spot, other than that, it fits perfectly because the 2 phones are almost exactly the same size..ill try to get some pics in a sec

I think I will just go with either the custom dock from n2airz or the one Clingo makes. I'm leaning towards Clingo just because I have a sense that n2airz is going to be backordered for quite a while.
