Root What ROM are you loving?

Just wondering what ROM that is out that everyone is loving. I am currently using fresh but Im looking to try other :D:D

I've been running CM6 since the early nightlies, but I'm interested in trying some of the others. Assuming I Nandroid my current CM6 setup and a Titanium Backup of my current apps/SMS/etc., then do a full wipe before flashing another ROM, will I be able to use Titanium Backup to restore my apps on the new ROM?

If I would like to return to CM6, will restoring the Nandroid backup bring my phone back exactly how it was when I ran that backup?

1-yes

2-yes

Burnt Droid 1.1 by Netarchy with his 4.1.9.1 CFS kernal. Plus I stripped out the rest of the programs I don't use. It is fast and easy on my battery.

I tried Fresh, it was nice

I tried Baked Snack, it was also nice.

I tried CM6 but it is not for me, I even deleted the Nandroid backup of it. I have no interest in going back. I thought I would enjoy a senseless ROM, but I was mistaken.

I'm not rooted yet (probably will get to it this weekend) but the two ROMs I'm looking at are BakedSnack and EViO 2 Series.

Just rooted my 2.2 a day ago..was running CM6 RC2 but updated to the Stable 6.0 today.

I used Fresh on my old HTC Hero..but this is my first Rom on the EVO..man it's sweet. The 4G is the only bummer but it not yet here in Boston so i'm like meh..for now.

I would like to try Fresh, Baked , and Damage with some kewl kernals. I realized th e only thing I really liked about Sense was the Clock(Strange) but I been using beautiful Widgets an dI don't twitter, liked Friendstream and some of the other Sense thingys.

Of course I will do a nandroid backup before trying others. Is that all you need to do to go back to what you were using before?

I've seen some talk around here that suggests against using TB to restore apps/settings to a different ROM. I don't have any personal experience doing so as I've stayed on Fresh so far; just pointing that out.

Did CM6 ever get HID bluetooth working on the EVO? That's about the only reason I care to check it out.

I've been playing around with Fresh 3.1.0.2 for most of the evening and it's not bad, but it's strange going back to Sense after having CM6 for so long.

Does Fresh with the stock Fresh Kernel have the 30 FPS issue unlocked? FPS2D is giving me 29 repeatedly.

you have to install a custom kernal such as kings (my sig line) or netarchys kernel
