Who would want a white Droid X?

I think the phone looks amazing in black; reminds me of the monolith from 2001: A Space Odyssey. Wouldn't look nearly as good in white.

Don't go picking up any large femur bones while looking at your DX. While the DX is a great phone, it's not trying to advance the species to a new level of evolution, despite what early DX TV commercials showed.

And I like it, I would probably get rid of the black buttons though. But overall I like white devices better. I like all my pieces of technology to match as much as possible.

Gunmetal Blue
Stainless Steel
Brushed Aluminum
Oiled Bronze

Yeah, any of those and I would drop some extra $$ for.
