Accessories Seidio Case Installed Pictures

Thanks for the response!

I asked because the pictures on Amazon whowed only two views: the front and the back while the picture on the Seidio site shows the case with the keyboard slid out. That is why I asked the question.

Thank you for the feedback, the pictures at Amazon will be updated next week.

Seidio

Seidio only offers two piece case for Epic. Regardless from Best Buy, Amazon, or Seidioonline, they are the same case.

what is the interest for one pice case that does not allow the keyboard to slide ?

Seidio

OMG, I would be the first one to buy the one piece!! I don't use the keyboard so no big lost for me!

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one, but I'm also sure most would rather have the 2 piece.

Oh please, make one for us people that don't use the keyboard!!!!!!

I do not want a one piece, but I am certain there is a market for it, as there are times when I am pressing buttons on the side of the phone and can feel the keyboard sliding. I am sure people would prefer not to have this happening (those who never use the keyboard, and there are MANY who don't).

Picked up the Best Buy branded version (same exact case) for $29 and some change.

On the bezel/screen piece I noticed that there is a "notch" on the top side. The notch IS supposed to go on the top, right?

the seido case that amazon sells is also two piece. where'd you get the idea that it is one piece? the pic doesn't show the sides of the case.

in a thread here before release date, someone posted they didn't like two piece cases and were holding off for the seidio ... i think from that statement and pics that didn't show otherwise, many just assumed it one piece.

I would love a one piece case for this phone for the reasons described above. I hate the loose feeling lots of slider phones have this phone wad designed basically to work without a keyboard. I would love a one piece case that removed the slack on the slider.

I checked that one out and didn't like it. I paid the extra $6 for the one with the holster. Even though I won't bother using the holster, it just felt better. The $29 felt kinda cheap.

That's the same one I bought, the one with the holster. It's the Siedio case but just in BB's packaging. :-)

Wow $29 was a great deal I was a dummy I got it right from Seidio and it was $49. The case is a flat black it just looks gray because of the bright flash.

I like the case, but the back seems loose. I had the Seido case for the Evo and it was super snug. Anybody else notice this?

I'm thinkinking about maybe lining the inside of the case with something. Thought?

It is a bit loose and here is how to fix it. I went to Wal-Mart and got a card of felt dots for ash trays, lamps etc. I put 6 of them 2 2 & 2 across from each other see photo. It not only tightens the case but keeps the case from scratching the battery door. It in no way impedes the way the case installs snaps on/off just fine. You can also get these dots at any hardware store.

You know I don't know for sure but thats where I put it also.

I think that is correct. The "notch" on the case is probably there to assist in opening and closing the micro usb door cover in the phone that is right under the case's "notch."

I agree. I tried it notch up and notch down, and it seems like a different fit.

How much thicker does this case make the phone? I was looking at the purple version on Amazon, and one of the two reviews says it made the phone so thick you couldn't put it in your pocket.

???

I know I posted about not liking two piece cases in my seidio thread, but that's just because of how they clip on and can stress the slider over time. I'm just waiting on the bare phone holster though and will be a happy camper. Phone is bulky enough as is and feels good in the hand naked.
