me too. 12:18 am Wednesday.

it's d/l now. prolly gonna screw up my root. oh well. I wasn't sure I was going to do it, but it started on its own!


Installed successfully, but lost root. I'll get it back...eventually. :)
 
installed without a hitch.. There are new lockscreen bars.. Interesting.

Theres also a new notification saying that the phone's battery profile is in nighttime mode..

Root users should be doing fine since most have had 2.2 for a while.
 
woodland hills, ca and it was 928 pm when i started downloading. i dont even think i was thinking when i when to check for an update. force of habit i guess, lol.
 
not sure if it's just me but for some odd reason I can't go on browser and I checked the wifi and the 3G both are good. Just wondering is this my punishment from Verizon and Motorola for rooting my phone then updating with unrooting it.

If you guys hold off on the 2.2 OTA, ill have a pre-rooted .zip to install (will work no matter what version your on :)

I'm used the first leaked update.zip.

If he has an update.zip I can use to get directly to the 2.2 OTA and keep root, I'll be very happy. I assume that's what he means is forthcoming.
