Changes from Fresh Evo 3.2.0.0 to 3.3.0.1:
  • Based on a new Sprint OTA (3.29.651.5)
  • New kernel by HTC (ge2fb08e)
    • Modified slightly to allow apps2sd and remount to work
    • Has fps unlocked by default, straight from HTC’s source!
  • Deodex’d whole build to make theming easier
  • PNG Optimized and zipaligned the whole build
  • Updated SuperUser to 2.3.6.1
  • Updated Wireless Tether to 2.0.5-pre-9
  • Updated DarkTremor apps2sd to 2.7.5 final
  • Updated Google Maps to 4.5
  • Updated Gmail to 2.3
  • Updated Google Voice Search to 2.0.1
  • Removed LauncherPro
    • If you currently have LauncherPro installed and use it then this won’t affect you. But I have decided to stop including it by default with my roms for various reasons.



Install Notes: This update does not require a data wipe if you are on Fresh Evo 3.2. If you are coming from another rom then a wipe may be required. Always perform a nandroid backup before flashing. Updating to the new radio and PRI is highly recommended. You can do it before or after you flash the rom. The download is below.
If you are a donor and are already running 3.3.0 then there is a 1.5mb patch on Fresh Updater for you that will take you from 3.3.0 to 3.3.0.1.

The flash of 3.3 and the new radio/pri seems to have gone well. The only issue is my mms problem carried over.

Under connection settings it has http://mms.orange.co.uk/ listed and I am unable to receive mms.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

They are saying to uninstall then reinstall the keyboard and all will be well.
 
Does 3.3 still remove the FM radio? If so, does anyone know where to find step-by-step instructions on how to manually push it back? (And by step by step, I mean everything from how to connect to ADB to the actual commands, through and through.)

fyi, installing the APK from the fresh-removed-apks directory does not work with the FM radio.
 
On Fresh 3.3 with stock kernel...Wondering if I should flash Netarchy's...I loved it on Baked Snacks.
 
Didn't wipe anything and it installed just fine, but the strangest thing is when it came back on, no icons/widgets on my screen, they were all blank. Which is in a way good since my screens were too cluttered but putting them back in one by one is time consuming. And yeah I didn't do a backup.

Still 3g and 4g are faster, stronger and it seems smoother.
