The split second lag switching from screen to screen is definately a deal-breaker for me...even though one-touching the app panel tab is smooth.

I live in York! Dated a girl in Lancaster. What a small world. Working in Mechanicsburg right now, did not recieve OTA yet. Will keep ya posted!

I am also in York.. No update for mine yet either.... no biggie, I just got it and am still learning so I am not in a hurry... YET!!!

I've had instances where I don't if I had too many programs running or what, but things have been choppy, however my Droid has been, typically, smooth since I got it on launch day.

I have never experienced the home screen choppy or sluggish... perhaps your phone has a bad app installed or it being bogged down by bad files on your sd card (my husband downloaded a few dumb apps that made his phone act up i.e FC's and laggy when scrolling and when I saw it I removed them and it works fine now) Hope this is helpful to fix your problems

When I look at the update map, I see 2 people in California and two in the Pacific ocean! What's up with that? Sailing?

When I add something of note, I'll repost the link and what I added so I don't spam everyone...

I just added the Google Maps, and the AFTER details of the ROM update.

Finding more screen shots now....

The update is to be rolled out over the next 48 hours. There's no reason to be on hold with Verizon. They're just going to tell you to wait.
