I have the latest Cyanogen... if someone already has that they can post their rom for me to flash and get that screen? Can I do something to get that screen without losing all my apps and screen app placements? Thanks! :)

I believe this is just a theme for a rom, BTW where did this come from?
 
They posted instructions that included opening roms in kitchens. Someone posted a screenshot of their phone on another non-Android specific forum. But I discovered an app called locker something that does everything I need or want :)
