Help deleting apps

I got the SF but am wondering if there is a way to delete some of the apps that came with the phone, that are always running in the background. some of the apps are; voice comands, city id, blockbuster, allshare, kindle, skype. I don't use any of these apps, and have no idea how to get them off my phone, or if I even can.

If this is your first time rooting a device, make sure you very thoroughly read the directions several times before attempting anything, as you always run the risk of bricking your phone, which the warranty will not cover. If you have insurance, I suppose you could drop it in a bucket of water and pay the $80 deductible and get a replacement phone
