I'm new to this stuff. How did you get your lockscreen like that? Is that specific to the rom you're using?

I'm ultimately trying to get my lockscreen to be a slide-down, (like the default sense lockscreen), but without the curved part.
 
This is what I currently have. It usually doesn't stay the same for very long but I find the
current config to be simple yet functional. :cool:

This is the Redemptive Revolution Rom yeah it has the invisible slider to unlock you just grab the clock and slide down very cool imo.

The only thing I can think of to get exactly what you are wanting is to root and get either a Rom with this option for a lock screen or learn how to mod lockscreens from other Roms which is done. It's beyond me the modding script stuff so I just choose this Rom.

Widget locker is a nice app (root not needed) if you want some variation on lockscreen options. Welcome to the forums btw have fun here!

Thanks for the info! I kind of figured I'd need some sort of custom rom or root to get what I wanted. It may be a bit more trouble than it's worth :P I don't "hate" the sense lockscreen, it just doesn't necessarily fit with my theme. In the meantime, I'm definitely going to check out widget locker.
 
Got my Beautiful Widget skin in the beautiful widgets download section today. Its called "Grunge" I think it goes pretty good with a Halloween theme or even just a grungy feel theme. Hope you guys like it!

This is the start of a work in progress (it's a big pain to get the icons to look like they fit with the background seamlessly - and even now you can see they don't quite match everywhere) but I've at least got the main screen done

Basically only my home screen changes, i like what i have to the left and to the right on every theme so here is an example of my thanksgiving/fall theme followed by a few different home screens i have used.

Thanks for the icon sizes - it was actually easier to do than I though once I got the technique down

and the App Drawer icon is my photography watermark - Argent Imaging :)

I'm currently working on another screen - maybe tomorrow I'll have another shot :)

I've been making my own for Desktop Visualizer - I just use Google and do an image search for what I'm looking for and then whip them out in Photoshop

and I also made the ones for Launcher Pro too

thats right, go eagles.....go far far away eagles. im not to crazy about living here. to much party for me. my girl goes to school there so thats the only reason why im here. btw i was in atl last weekend.
