Help USB Disconnection

Hi!
I have had an Ally for half a year, running Velocity 0.4. I charge it from a USB port so I can sync pics and music while charging. When it's connected and I move the phone at all, the USB cable will wiggle and the phone will come up with "USB Connected" in the notification bar and ring 3-7 times, like it does when you plug it in, just with 7 rings instead of 1. I'm aware that you can disable the ring, but I'm just concerned that my USB post or cable is damaged.
Anyone else with this problem?

Yes My wifes does that. Its your cable most likely.
My wifes cable has a short in it.

Buy you a new cable and it should be good as new I bet.
